I prefer Corel over Illustrator, but that is just me and is personal preference more than anything. Both are very good and both will do what the other does.

Take a look at Triangle JVS inks. Not sure of all who sell it, but I believe the prime distributor is NuSign (www.nu-flex.com) out of CA. I do know that NorthLight Color sells the ink, but not sure about the actual systems. Another distributor I'm familiar with is Pacific Coast Sign Supply.

Huh, I have Inspire XP Pro too, but never use it. AFAIK, the company went TU so I'd guess that support might be tough to get...but on the other hand, Inspire XP Pro may actually become a collectors item!

Ours used to be pretty good, but recently has been really challenging to get accurate contour-cuts. From talking to others that have separate printer and cutter...where the cutter is a fairly hi-end rig, they can accurately contour-cut many FEET with ease. FWIW...

Did you try the auto-adjust too?

I use this Ultra ULT33046 Backup UPS 2000VA/1200W w/AVR with my SP-540V and it will keep it printing, heaters and all, for several minutes. I've never ran it completely out, but I have tried it for a few minutes with zero problems. Paid all of $230 for it, also bought a 1500VA version for $150...

I honestly don't know as I've not tried that. Which 'Corel RGB' setting are you specifically referring to?

Here are the settings I use, found under "Tools", "Color Management". See if this helps. You might have to do a Google search for the "Adobe-RGB (1998).icm" file, but see if this helps.
