I have to cut hexagon shapes out of 10 MM corrugated plastic and wondering the best way to cut this stuff to get a nice clean smooth edge? They are roughly 4'x4' was thinking about cutting with a saw but not sure if it will bur up on the edges.
Any expert advice would be great!
Thanks
Adam not sure if its the glare in the picture or not but did you cut the rivets? Not sure if the white line I am seeing around the rivets could be the lights.
Looks great I have tried using the rollepro and it is a great tool I just could never get them to lay down tight enough especially...
I wouldn't warranty it either as IJ35 nor Briteline is not meant for vehicles? It is obvious and most know that a calendared film and calendared vinyl there will be shrinkage especially with IJ35.
What do I know though?
Sounds like a local wrap shop truck I see locally here in the area has the same look you are going for.
It looked good but yes would need to see a layout to really get the idea.
Are you high? Its freezing out here! lol Been cold all week but then again I could never live in North Dakota or somewhere where its about 2 degrees!
Awesome bus! Go tackle it and hopefully your customer doesn't send you a bill!

Adam has helped me very much and I am happy to have guys with the experience that I can...
I wish Avery provided a decent laminate. I have no luck with their laminate and do not really want to be running a different manufacture lam than vinyl even though I enjoy working with 290 from oracal.
I do like the low tac of Avery's supercast but scares me sometimes.
You are going to call him out on spelling when your the guy that just called a screw a rivet?
Would rather know what I am talking about and spell a word wrong then give someone false advice and not know what you are talking about.
We received a couple installation request from a printing company for Original wraps so I would assume that local printer rule is out of the question.
I am still asking the same question I have always been, Why can I not print it? In the request / quote you send it says the materials used. I...
Yeah sorry it is a lot to try to picture, should have shot a video or something.
After cooling off i was able to get it I had to get a longer piece of vinyl to start it to straighten out. I hate laminating with a passion. A lot of people complain about printers I only complain about laminating...
