Yeah I just did the panels and he mounted it to plywood himself. Says it is hard to read (and no the design was not busy it was black text on white panel) so he is thinking about going bigger. I would not mind making the frame instead of him this time if we decide to go bigger.

The customer wants it on a standing frame that he can put it in the ground behind the building facing a intersection. There is no room on the building to hang it so we have to do a frame that will be able to be standing.

We did a sign for a client 5'x20' (2 '5x10' panels connected). He liked it when he picked it up but after hanging it he is wondering if we can go bigger to make it easier to read from a distance. What kind of materials are used to do this? Just more sheets of alumalite panels connected together?

I suggest not getting a 30" model but that is just my opinion. You will find yourself needing a 54" sooner than later.

Flexi is just a over priced juiced up version of microsoft paint...I would be using photoshop, illustrator or corel draw. If you do not have any look into the Adobe cloud service.

Everyone I have seen done has been applied to a cast wrap vinyl before application. Maybe someone out there makes it though? Gotta be a pretty penny.

Bad media...Contamination of some sort from the factory. Contact your supplier they should resolve the issue by doing a RMA on it and send you out a new roll. Here is the photo of my media when it did that on IJ35.

Ever try to wrap compound curves with lines and trying to keep them straight? Just because it is "printed" doesn't mean it is just magically going to look like the picture. The rear bumper is not as bad how you have it but even then the picture and the template you are using gives a false...

I would change the front bumper layout for the installers sake. That pin stripe around the grill and such is pretty much a nightmare.
