I heard 180c is harder to install as far as bumpers and such go but do not know if that is true? I prefer oracal 3751 over oracal 3951 but they are two different films.
Knock on wood have not had color shift but have heard it being common in others cases. Correct on switching laminate out but it really isn't a big deal. It is really only a fix for people who HATE seeing waste. Otherwise put in your 54 or 60 and let it rip.
If you are referring to the wrap having seams..Pick up trucks are about the easiest vehicle to do seamless so not sure why you would have seams other than not using big enough material?
We stock 36" for tailgate
48" for bed sides
60" for hoods (and new Toyota doors which are beast)

This is the result when you get a road safety company doing wraps...It is job security for the professionals I guess? Not trying to bash just being honest.
I will give the middle a shot I know for sure on one print I mounted I was to the right of the center and I think on another I might have been to the left I did not know it mattered I figured it would be even pressure?
Mosh...Do you mind pointing me to more info on which roller to adjust? Lams prints just fine but it does not apply even pressure when mounting to corro or aluminum.

Proper way to do channels on the NV is to cut them out if you search on the site you should see a few debates over right and wrong.
Good luck
Have you had to adjust the rollers to get even pressure? My laminate is uneven as well on my rollers but I do not mount many prints so I have left it because it laminates regular vinyl fine but I would like to even their pressure out but not sure how tough it is to do.
Might be a pain in the rear but I have always made those type of templates by using transfer tape and either using a sharpie or a knife cut/mark the body lines that you want the graphic to show take the tape / pieces off and take a photo of them. Open up illustrator and make your templates with...
All RC graphics I have seen have been like a dirt bike kit. Where they just plotter cut graphics they dont actually "wrap" the whole thing . I could be wrong though.
I hate arlon but I have heard a lot of people say it has the same air release adhesive as the oracal but it seemed harder to install for me. Might not be the same for others though.
