Do you guys cut your own acrylic? I can get it a lot cheaper in standard size rolls 38" and 52" but if I get it cut down it is like 3-4 times the price.

Yes it is recommended to laminate. Again I used oracal 290 Cast laminate...Avery should have recommendations 290 might be a little over kill

Inside your vw options should be able to change how many times ink is laid down per pass. I normally print Oracal so I laminated with 290 and all was good. I do recommend giving a color sample of the double striked print to your customer as colors can be tricky on translucent when dealing with...

3651 comes in 36" 3651RA does not ...I have no clue why..They make 36" roll of lam but no vinyl. Company must have air release. I can try to talk them down to 30" but not exactly sure how that will go. Thanks for the advice

Was just going to laminate with oracal 210...honestly yeah it can be any 36" calandered as long as air release. Only going to be staying up for about 6 months to a year. They are just really pushy about the darn air release

Flame, Smallest width is 34 they are like 34" x 70" some big decals. They do not need to be contour cut just rectangle cut. I am sure I could go through some 20" calendared rolls but hate cutting rolls down. That will be what I will do if no other options though! Thanks
