I am usually burning about 2-4 ft of lamination on my ledco when am loading new roll and then during laminating if I got wrinkles some more. So there is always shortage of lamination on the roll.

Who can route 24"x24" colorcore sign for me. costumer wants one and I don't want to order whole sheet.

Prime both side of the sign. Paint both sides with latex paint twice (color of the background) Sand a face of letters with 220 grit sand paper. Paint letters with whatever paint suitable for outdoor usage. (one shot or not) Take a bunch of pictures.
