Update. I took me about an 30 min on the phone with tech support and three transfers to get to the right person. You have to generate report file from your printer every time print head dies in warranty. But after that I got my printheads sent to me overnight.

Flat or 3d? Flat - aluminum sub frame with 3mm acm riveted and print applied on top. 3d - hardrcoated foam. It have to be assembled on site. I would make it smaller in full 3d. And stick it on the corner of the building just above garage door.
