I had a similar looking test print for a couple months this winter. No matter what I did nothing fixed it. Just kept printing and spring arrived and the humidity went up...bang perfect test print. These printers can be severely finicky :)

So if you cut 3 separate letters all them will a section ucut? If this does not happen it cut mode 1 or 2 i would reset setting in cut 3 and see if it helps. I've had this issue before, but for me I switched cutting blades and had the wrong blade height.

Hmm..got me interested. How clean is the cut on the back side? With the saw blade being elevated it seems it might tear out the back a bit.

JJPrint, If you shoot me your email address I can send you a pdf of a JV33(same exact print head as your CJV30) maintenance manual. Which has the slant adjust instruction in it. Just did it not too long ago, super easy to do.

Yep..that stuff shrinks like crazy. What I have left only goes on yard signs.

Do a 500mm test adjustment. You will need a pen, a "twin tip fine/ultra fine" sharpie works best. It will get it back to cutting perfect.

I think your pricing is just fine..I would be a tad bit lower..but my over head is quite low. Also removal seems to never ever go as planned :).
