If anyone can point me to a good source I'd appreciate it!
I'm going to install some stripes on the rear of a 4Runner similar to the attached. Question is... what's the best way... I already printed and cut it, but not positive if I want to pre-mask it. My concern is keeping the stripe spacing uniform without premask but dealing with having to...
I have a customer requesting the attached design in a 3-4 piece magnet setup. Has anyone done anything like this and can share some thoughts?
I recommended vinyl graphics because I think it will be sketchy at that size as far as staying on going down the highway.

Thanks! I appreciate the input! I am a one man shop and basically wanted to use someone else's number so I can judge how long it takes someone else in install time (appx). The door handles will eat up a chunk of my time because of my inexperience. I'll be removing and reinstalling them...
Thanks everyone for the great info! I'm not trying to cut corners and I'll go with the rapid tac, I've been getting the turtle wax green can stuff which works good but wanted something I could apply quicker than an aeresol can and wanted to make sure there wasn't something else out there that...
Anyone have a review or thoughts on this product for removing leftover adhesive. I have 5 box trucks I need to do. It's a little pricey so if someone else knows something just as good for less I'm all ears.
Thanks!
Can you recommend an adhesive remover? Preferably something I can buy by the gallon. I’ve used the turtle wax brand that works great but I’d like to find something I can apply with a pump sprayer maybe
I'm doing a full wrap removal on several box trucks and the material is being a pain. Best success I've had so far is to do about a 12" strip at a time by scoring the material and working my way up applying heat with a gun.
It's cool outside, 50s - paused the project because it's supposed to...
Maybe I should be posting this in the newb forum but I have a couple questions about a job. Usually I do lettering and logos but this job requires some wrapping. See Pic. I'm just installing the red and blue stripes. Questions...
Do I remove the door handles?
Do I remove the 3500 HD emblem...
Have a customer wanting to print 115 5x7 menus on acrylic (for a wedding). Anyone have trade printer / wholesaler suggestions I would appreciate it!
Thanks,
Greg
I'm sure this varies from car to car and customer to customer but what do you guys charge to lay racing stripes on say:
dodge charger
2 big stripes (one color / matte black) down the whole car
1 big stripe with one smaller off center (one color / matte black)
same scenario on a mini cooper...
Evidently this aint bigdawgs first rodeo... I knew it would be translucent buy thought if I ran it with overprint/highpass it would be better. Guess not.
Either of you guys have backlit film and want to ship it to me?
:)
The customer is going to remove original graphic(remnants) and bring me a clean piece of glass (It's the orig old glass and I didn't want the liability of scratching/breaking it). He had pretty good artwork so I only had to spend about 30 minutes on some cropping and checking some measurements...

Appreciate it mike! Yes I'm mounting it to the front of the glass (so first surface). Hopefully I don't end up with 4 hours in it, but probably when I get it done I'll be thinking, "Yep... Mike was right" :) ~ Thanks again
