No way to toggle with the same key that I know of.

you will need to bring the job into versaworks new after you have adjusted the margin. The margin is applied to the graphic as it is brought into versaworks and cannot be adjusted after that.

Had that happen here and under a loupe I could see that the blade tip was broken. New blade and it worked like a champ!

are you applying cleaning solution to the foam side? I have not had this problem if I only apply to the rubber side.

I use a two part resin that I got from Imprintables Warehouse. We use it on decals and on heat transfer material as it is soft and flexible. I would contact Mike there and see if he can help you and if you want, I can send you a sample of some I have done with it.

it sounds like your cable tension might be off along with running a calibration on the print cut alignment. Try running a full set of calibrations and see if that helps.

what version of versaworks are you running?

on all perf cut jobs it is best to round the corners so that you do not have this issue. I run a cutline on mine and then contour out for the perfcut line and round everything on that. This also gives a nice edge for the customer to peel from.
