Oracal 290GF is what you want to use. its optically clear and has the best price point @ .77. Clear Focus Clear lam is .30 cheaper but its horrible. CF its a polyester so its hard and brittle so it creases easily and the adhesion is crappy. Also, you cant hit it with heat or else it will...

no we do it the normal way. print then lam with dry erase lam. you can get a 24"x10yrd roll for $105 at fellers. dont always believe what a sales rep tells you.
1. your cutting with too much pressure. You should not see it gouge the paper like that.
2. looks like your blade or media is shifting while cutting. Check the blade holder and make sure it is seated properly. Check the roller clamps and make sure they are all the way down.

Most crisp images? We're running Ricoh Gen5 heads. Our belt bed is also vacuum. I can print 2 - 4x8 sheets at the same time and also I can continuously feed an entire carton. As the board is exiting we wipe down and load the next board right behind it. Hybrids have come a long way.

Profiling. Short of that if the grey is a CMYK grey then pull some of the MAGENTA out of it. On the screen it might look greenish or blueish but the output will be fine. Do a test print.
depends on usage. indoors maybe you don't need the cast vinyl. there is a case for cast use indoors. if you have a multi colored cut vinyl job were you are stacking 3 colors. The cast vinyl is thinner so when you overlay the edge underneath is not as noticeable.
