When a client walks in our shop, be it new or existing, our work orders have 5 critical things on them, Contact Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Email, and Deposit Amount. We try to get all 5 things every time, so if we need to contact them we have the info. We also don't try to extend terms...

$1 sq/ft? gross... were they expecting you to wrap it while it was still driving down the road also so they had no down time? :banghead: some clients are insane.

We used to print on cheap vinyl and mount our coro as full 4'x8' sheets. Its possible, and we did it for years, until we could afford the flatbed. second to none (minus it being a piece of junk) buying a flatbed was the best investment the boss here has ever made. Cut down production time...

a hot mess :covereyes: seriously though, we moved here 3 years ago doubling our space and 1.5 years in we were out of room. Looking to expand into the space next to us and double in size again... been waiting for that for 6 months. Cant wait to have some elbow room.

I would do 2 pieces, horizontal seam and not mask it personally. I would pre-seam it at the shop on my table before install and do a horizontal hinge to install it.

we used an inexpensive "industrial" single needle machine for about a year. It was a huge pain in the ***. Our new double needle machine is awesome. We don't just use tape because a lot of the banners we do require webbing be sewn in the hems. :thumb:
