    We used to print on cheap vinyl and mount our coro as full 4'x8' sheets. Its possible, and we did it for years, until we could afford the flatbed. second to none (minus it being a piece of junk) buying a flatbed was the best investment the boss here has ever made. Cut down production time...

    Had a customer come in 2 weeks ago for pricing on 24"x18" coro signs, full color full bleed, 500 with a week turn around. I gave him a cost and he laughed in my face and walked out...     I would do 2 pieces, horizontal seam and not mask it personally. I would pre-seam it at the shop on my table before install and do a horizontal hinge to install it.

  20. Is there a good entry level sewing machine for banners?

    we used an inexpensive "industrial" single needle machine for about a year. It was a huge pain in the ***. Our new double needle machine is awesome. We don't just use tape because a lot of the banners we do require webbing be sewn in the hems. :thumb:
