It could be worse. There's a place near us called Body Magic Body Shop. But the way the lettering and car graphic is placed on the sign, it reads Body Body Magic Shop.

My experience is you can get very close using trig and algebra, which I use every day. But in an industry where signs must accurate to inches and fractions of inches, getting exact measurements on-site is the only way to be sure.

Yep. Actually, those M5 hex bolts on mine don't even attach the cutter to the stand. They just keep it from tipping backwards or forwards. I can lift it off the stand without loosening anything.

Fix the kerning while you're at it.

I always put the black down first then the reflective. Dry. Plus it will make removing the reflective so much easier for the poor schmuck that has to do it down the road.

Happened to me with a roll of 3951RA recently. First 4-5 feet was all contaminated. Then the rest of the roll was contaminated on the last 3 inches of the left side of the roll (looking at it from the front of the printer). Sucked having to sit behind the printer and wipe the edge of the media...
