You can download any and all of the fonts Gemini uses from their website. That way you compare them easily to the seal. And you can make your own pattern that way if you like.
I've had issues very rarely where old flexi files that were usable for a long time become corrupted and cause crashes, cutting/printing issues, etc. Like you, sometimes the fix is to import the bad file into a new file. I've had files that would no longer save and crash flexi; but if I ungrouped...
Hate to say it decalman but you might as well be asking about neon plants and where to find good lettering quills and paint. Not a lot of demand for vector ornaments these days. Just not the where the industry is heading.
Same thing happened to a local broker who buys vinyl and signs from me from time to time. He and his client didn't want to paint the door with oil-based paint, so I sold him magnetic material with the same kind of lettering on it.

But you do have to be very careful with them because the corners will break/crack...
Thanks Fred. Welcome Paul. Glad that we'll have a bigger CNC presence here. Ironically, I evidently joined CNCzone just after you sold it, lol. You'll have big shoes to fill; Fred has done a wonderful job here in the years I've been a member.
I have a supplier who makes high-impact (modified) acrylic pan faces, so that's what I'd use in this case. It's likely not going to break under normal conditions and it will stay white. (I realize not many suppliers make these, however.)
Even at 4' x 6', I don't trust flat acrylic, even...
In all its wisdom, my local building inspector's office recently decided that only master electricians may hook any signs to primary wiring, even if it is already stubbed out. So even when I am just moving electric signs or installing new electric signs at sites that have existing wiring to the...
^ Same here, Gino. For 20 years our chamber of commerce's slogan has been "Buy Local," and yet they always try to buy their electric and LED signage from an out of state shop that gives them a kickback and their other stuff online from the cheapest source.
