    Where in Penn are you, it definitely looks like two lines words one on top of the other. Possibly a local high school football sweatshirt. I read what appears to be "LE" on the top line and "Foot" on the bottom line.

    Storage facilities and empty warehouses will often lease out space for a few days or a month at a time. might cost $100 for a spot in a storage facility for a month but i am sure you can add that cost into the job, or just eat it if you have 4 trucks.

    sounds like a pain, not sure why it would keep printing. i had a situation with my hp where the ink cartridges were all a bit low on ink and it caused the system to force too much air into some of the cartridges and popped them out of their seating. not sure if this might be the issue, but...

    sounds like a dull blade or your holder isn't tightened enough and is pushing itself out of the carriage.

    also, if you are using primer 94 with oracal that is a no-no. apparently the primer 94 has a reaction with oracal adhesive which causes it to fail.

    You cannot heat and sink the vinyl no matter the speed at which you do it. you need to roll/work the vinyl into and out of the recessed area or it will never stay, even with primer.
