    Pretty much. You can cut the face pieces on the router table but the guys still have to form and weld the sides on.

    I believe it's about 5' x 7' We used polycarb in this instance to save on weight. We typically use high strength acrylic for all our lighted signs because it won't yellow like polycarb will. However this face was covered entirely in a print so it wasn't an issue.

    Even if it had a clear backer and you cut it on the plotter, wouldn't you have to cut through the liner and both layers of vinyl?

    I think that's where I'm getting confused... I'm thinking you're printing on clear vinyl than laminating with white vinyl.

    If I'm reading this right (I'm sure you'll let me know otherwise) After you've laminated your printed clear vinyl with white vinyl. You remove the graphic from the liner/backing then load it into your plotter, clear side up.

    You have to set the Queue Properties, not the Job properties. To do this: Click the "EDIT" menu at the top of the screen Then select Queue A (or B) Settings Then the "File Format" button on the left of the Properties screen Now you should be able to check the "Convert Spot Color" box
