Yes, if you have a newer version of Flexi it comes with the Roland Color System palate already, use that one. The older versions (8.0 and before) didn't come with it built in so you'd still want to download the chart in the zip file above.

As I said, Very Nice! Whoever bends your letters knows what they're doing :thumb: I wish more of my customer's would be willing to spend the money for a nice set of letters. These days most customers only have enough in the budget for a simple set of block letters mounted to a raceway...

Very nice! I'd be interested in a few more details regarding the construction of the "Ridglea" letters. Are those standard front-lit/back-lit letters?

Hola from another "young" sign maker... 21 myself.

I use our shear to cut down Aluminum and DiBond panels with the print already applied all the time. I usually apply application tape to the prints when I do this to prevent the shear from scratching the print.

Sorry for the delay, just now got back to this thread... One thing I forgot to mention.. I contour cut the graphics first like normal, making a complete cut through the vinyl. Then I re-load the graphics and change to condition 3 and change to the red blade holder. Then I do my perf-cut...

Works great for business cards! Have the customer type everyone's information into an excel spreadsheet (that you set up) and use the DataMerge feature to place it into the document. That way if there's any incorrect phone numbers or misspelled names you can't be at fault.
