They don't have to install the Chrome the browser... just a Internet Explorer PLUG-IN called "Chrome Frame" They will probably need administrative access to the computer to install the Plug-In. (I know that's how I have our network setup)

Do you have another license of Flexi installed on another computer on the same network?

Are you 100% that password is for that key? Also, do you have any other hardware keys connected to the computer?

FYI: 3M VHB 4910 is not foam based

The 3M stuff is amazing material. If you use that you won't need to paint the columns.
