Can someone explain why asking someone to typeset something for you appears to be frowned upon? If the person being asked has a legitimate copy of the font, and just produces the required wording (not provide an actual copy of the font) how is this any different to getting any designer to set...

If I understand you correctly, you've mixed a water-based yellow with plastisol white? If so, my gut feeling is you're screwed.

I've had great success walking up and down outside a business with a placard on a stick "Joe Blow owes me $xxx for his signs" - got paid pretty quick. Pick a busy time!

If you create the dotted line with the pen tool, you can then go to "Arrange -> Convert Outline to Object". This gives you each dot as an individual vector shape. For some reason you then have to delete the original line (easiest to see in wireframe mode)

Greetings, A customer mentioned he had come across full size exterior sign boxes that were lit with LED's rather than the usual fluorescent tubes. Does anyone have any info on these - a link perhaps?

The world's gone mad, I tell ya. I was recently reprimanded by the City here for not applying for portable sign permits for four signs we rented out. And who was the customer? Why, the City, of course. And I had checked with the department who rented them and was told no permits were needed...

There's another good reason to laminate - if you live anywhere with a freeze/thaw cycle. Moisture will get into the hole and when it freezes can cause the perf to lift away from the glass.

Don't forget you'll need to laminate the perf. with optically clear lam.

Can you not select all the appropriate lines and then go to 'Arrange' then 'Close Path' ?
