Yes you can. You should use a 65º blade so you'll have to change the offset. You'll also want to slow the speed down and adjust the pressure accordingly.

That's a pretty stupid thing to screw up. I would say something and have them fix the problem. Not worth risking a good client. Why don't you find a local printer that can match that blue and have them print the banners for you?
