It sounds like you picked up some scrim/fibers during the head strike. Give the print heads a good manual cleaning and a nozzle wash to boot.

Thank you for the replies. I tried BOTW, and they don't have the new logo. I Googled the logo and have a bitmap which I can vectorize. I will try the corporate office and see.

Could there be some debris on the underside of the head? After a long nozzle wash, you may want to try gently wiping the underside of the offending head with a swab soaked in cleaning fluid.

In my version of Flexi, it is under Bitmap>Color Mode. But I would keep the bitmap as-is. I don't think you will gain anything by converting the image to CMYK. I prefer to print RGB bitmaps, anyways.

A client supplied me a disc with their logo in some low-res bitmaps and an .lds file. A Google search linked the .lds file extension with Corel 40. Can anyone open an .lds file and take a look at it for me?
