    The adhesive on the 231 is Optically clear but the facestock is not. Concept 231 Construction: 2.4mil gloss clear uv overlaminate, permanent adhesive with a 53# liner. Product Datasheet here The GF 105 may suit you better... This one also has a clear liner. datasheet here

    Replace Captops and manually pull ink from captops until all proper colors come in. Chances are your ink lines have been contaminated with another color.
