Does it find any of the four marks? Make sure the mark with the rectangle is the front right/ first mark it looks for.

The Printer has a parallel port and should not have an option to put an IP in the unit... The SEH Print Server will have an IP, as will your computers and router. This should work: Router = 192.168.1.1 Computer = 192.168.1.2 (connected to router or switch then to router) SEH Print Server =...

Took the sample to our hallway and took two photos with my iphone (not the best quality, sorry). One pic is partial light, door to hallway open. The second is image in pitch dark. Let us know how we can help.

May not be the printer, but the media, media feed setting and RIP. When viewing a printer to purchase, make sure you know the brand and series of material being used, get a Nozzle test print, check the Print/Cut alignment and pull a history on the unit if possible.

Make sure you line up the front two crop marks over the Cutting Protection Strip of the XC. You may have the media skewed just enough to be out or tolerance.
