    If your using a Roland printer then VersaWorks comes with a color palette for Corel that works with the Roland Color System, that palette includes a CutContour swatch. I believe it's located on the install disk, if you can't find it let me know and I'll email you a copy.

    The beta worked great, ran both plotters and the printer without any issues. There were a few issues with fonts but I'm sure they got that worked out in the final release.

    Don't use the Contour Cut option, that is for cutting printed graphics only. You need to use the outline or the shadow feature both are under the effects menu.

    I'm running an XC-540 with Flexi, I've even used the beta of 8.5 on my laptop, and it works fine. Just make sure you use the correct profile.     I know with my printer whatever I have set in PM is sent to the printer. So instead of fiddling with the buttons on the printer I make all my adjustments in PM. Also I believe Flexi labels the "2 Pass" as Overprint. I don't have PM at home so I can't double check that but I do know the feature...
