Possible connection in the cable or maybe even the USB connection on the mainboard of the printer... hopefully you continue without any further issues.
Have you considered the media? If it worked a while back and the issue is present from both RIP software programs, seems like the RIP is not an issue.
What version of Flexi? Have you checked your Rendering Intents and possibly use the Pure Hue options to test?
Maybe even try a similar...
Possible. Power off the printer and unplug. Turn on PC and let fully boot. Turn on the printer and plug the USB back to the computer.

Any specific color(s) starving? The pumps are considered to be lifetime pumps and more than likely not the issue.
Seems like one group or an individual head would starve rather than all ABC Groups together.
Could be air in the line from anywhere.
What ink/cartridge system being used?
Another issue with a loose cut head assembly in my opinion.
Take the blade holder OUT and push the blade holder arm DOWN until it bottoms out... then push a little harder. If it moves further down, loose cuthead assembly.
Slop in the cut carriage will cause all kinds of inconsistencies.
First thing to check... Power off and unplug. Take the blade holder out. Push down on the blade holder arm on the cuthead assembly.
If your machine is in good shape, you should reach a solid stopping point when pushing down and the carriage head guide wheels should not come off the...

Same file throwing the error all the time? Try a small test print from the Production manager. Also, try to RIP the file first and hold, then release to print.
I believe the cut carriage may have been jostled a bit when moving... There is a small metal plate with two wheels that ride the top portion of the carriage rail that can get loose or sloppy.
Take the cover off the cut head as well as the top cover of the unit.
