Sometimes, you need to remove the screws holding the spanning bar at the top of th cut head assembly, slightly bend the bar and replace... bending the bar gives it more tension and should keep the wheels tight against the guide rail.

See any air in the magenta line? Possibly change damper, cap station? Pics of nozzle test would be nice.

Chances are the guides are not being pinned into the correct holes which will bind the assembly.

Your magenta head looks permanently deflected. Buy the captop and replace it... run a clean or two and do test print. See if the new captop helps at all. If not, I suspect the head is not going to get better on its own. Curious... have you changed the wiper or wiper scraper ever?

To confirm, the cable and two guides were replaced with new?

Take the covers off and clean every piece of metal that the Carriage Guides touch during regular printing. Then get some Teflon Tape and place over these areas. This may allow the guide to slide with less drag. It is also possible the guides were installed incorrectly.

Settings really should be the same while it is possible that the cut head assembly is loose. What settings do you have now?

Have you changed the 'Material' field from 'User Defined' ?

Clear the preferences or reset them to Default. Restart LXi. What have you tried?

Another option... Network the two computers with file sharing. Then can keep your current setup and save/access all of your files from one drive. Design in Flexi and save EPS file to common drive/folder. Open Versaworks and import file to cut.
