have you tried masking the Mac address with an IP using 'ARP'?

have you looked into the Cut Carriage Cable and mylar guides?
Possible the encoder sensor is scratching the scale?
Any big temperature shifts in your environment?
Power the unit down and let it rest for an hour or more. Then try again. This may be caused by excessive pump motor use and the error is simply there to avoid motor burn up.

As for the Solaris inks and Roland profiles, print with them on my SC540EX PRO II. We have moved to the STS Inks in place of the Solaris due to logistics only.

Option 2 - Use the 'Send to Versaworks' feature in the newer versions of Flexi
Option 3 - When you installed Versaworks, you should have installed the Printer Driver. Then you could click FILE>PRINT and choose versaworks
