    What software is being used? This error can be caused by the cutter language not matching jay the software is sending. Menu>command If set to HPGL, change to GPGL. Or the other way around

    Dating myself I guess but skateboard wheels are a good example... They are not concentric... One side of the roller is slightly smaller than the other (cambered in a sense). As they get worn, this will become more pronounced. See image

    Check for coning of the outside pinch rollers. They are supposed to be slightly cambered but over time, they will cone and cause tracking issues.

    The bearings inside the blade holder can wear and under pressure, may show inconsistent cuts. Recommend replacing blade holder every 6 months to a year (depending on cutting demands)

    If the errors are showing up on the laminated prints only, could be that the blade is not sticking out of the blade holder enough.... If the nose of the holder contacts the media, it can cause drag and result it poor cutting. Same is true on the Graphtec and APD (Anagraph) cutters we sell...

    Blade tip exposed should match the thickness of the vinyl you are cutting. The blade offset should be '0' if it is 45 degree OEM blade with the CB09u (blue tip holder).

    What is the speed set to? Go to the Condition setting on the cutter and go to screen 3... right arrow and look for OVERCUT. Set the start and end setting from 0.00mm to 1.00 Post feedback

    Check the nodes/points in your file. Sounds like a vectorized file possibly and if so, the corners may have a ton of points that the blade is following. How much of the blade is exposed from the blade holder? Picture of the blade holder area please

    Not seen this before and no idea where to get stock item if one exists. Why not reverse print on clear and stick to back of acrylic? better yet, reverse print on cast etch vinyl and stick to backside of clear acrylic. Then vinyl cut and print the front items. Just a thought.
