Don't recommend it. Such an old and limited cutter already showing errors. Can not find parts for this unit either, except radio shack if you know what you are looking for. Invest in a newer cutter and avoid the problems. Let me know if CiberSupply can help.

Looking at the pics supplied, the BPS needs to be replaced. It is very possible the blade is chipped or the blade holder is not swiveling properly for a clean cut to be produced. Any of those three issues can cause poor cutting.

Did you install from the patch or a full install to 10.0.3? Never seen this error either.

Have a good base of clients using a similar setup. Early 10 had some Issues but now with 10.0.3 out, tech calls have dropped dramatically. Let me know if I can help in any way.
