Possible friction problems with the softer tubing in the ink chain... If a line is damaged over time, may be easier to replace a small section rather than the entire line?
Most starvation issues begin and end in the damper most of the time.

You might want to check the Pure Hue options within the ColorSetting>Rendering Intents section... click on Pure Hue next to vector and text options, then check all. Re-RIP and see if this clears things up a little.

When the cutter was setup using Roll 1 or Roll 2 and a job sent from Flexi... media would go to end and trip the rear edge sensor 'No Media'
When the cutter was setup using Sheet and a job sent from Flexi... media would feed to end and cut the object in the middle of the vinyl...
What printer model and approximately how old is it? What part of Florida are you in? I have a good friend in FL that has extensive knowledge on the printers and might be able to make arrangements to replace the head(s) at a reasonable cost. Anyone know if the Service Manuals for Roland...
More than likely you will call and have to leave a voicemail with Graphtec. I would also recommend emailing them at support@graphtecamerica.com.
Option to return it? Get one that includes some technical assistance other than manufacturer?

Wow.... what the hell is all of that red on the left edge of the media? Is that ink from head striking? and the black globs of more ink drip on the print.
I would venture a guess that this issue is not a software problem.

First off... replace your captops. May resolve the missing nozzle issue.
Registration - you need to do the Horizontal Head Adjustment in the Control panel menu.
On both PC's? For some reason I am thinking a Port is being monitored or blocked possibly. Can you explain your network setup as well as the list the devices (brand/model/connection type) connected to your PC?
