Check to see if the file extension is JPEG or JPG. If it is JPEG, rename the file with .JPG extension and try again.

I always seemed have issues with the saturation and finish quality of the black/shadow areas. Glossy/matte inconsistencies.

Many different brands will do the same thing as the consistency of the face stock can vary from lot to lot. Not uncommon for one color to cut perfect and another not. More than likely a new batch the has some minor inconsistencies.

What specific version of Flexi ? Profiles for 7, 8 and 10 are different and not compatible in most cases.
