I believe the Eleven10 ink was the same as the 20/20... maybe search for that. Search SOLARIS and I am sure you will find plenty of posts.

What printer and ink are you currently using? I am sure you can search the forum and find all kinds of posts related to the 20/20 inks as well as others. We offer the Solaris inks for Roland and Mimaki JV3 and have cartridge and bulk clients that are very happy.

Another item to look into

Maybe Upgrade your Firmware on the printer.

This is sounding like a precursor to many more calls.... Seems like something in the MS Updates is overwriting/appending a file required by Flexi and causing this start issue. Almost as if a core file of Flexi decent is being altered or modified. Back up your art files. Can not stress...

Run the Windows Updates again and install all that is recommended. Remove the Flexi dongle. Reboot the system. Download the the installer file from www.flexi10.com, or use the disc supplied. Install version 10 without the key being inserted into a USB port. Once installer completes, reboot...

What software are you using? Bsounds like your software is a demo or unregistered version.

Import the file back into PS and zoom to edges. Might have Rasterized the vectors? Any single color showing on edge as fuzzy? May Ned to clean encoder

Did you try reinitializing the program after the update?

Clean the encoder, change materials to test, raise the humidity in the room to possibly help with static.
