  1. Sheet Cut

There is a button on the left side of the carriage inside of the hole. Take the cover for the carriage off. Take a look at when you press the cutter if the blade moves together. There is a small button on the left side that seems to link the two together. Maybe this could be your issue.
  2. Epson metallic color setup

If you were printing direct to metallic you would have to take into account the change in color from white media to metallic media and adjust your colors accordingly. I would imagine the same would be true for this. When the rip renders the color does it know that the base color is not going...
  3. Sheet Cut

  4. Sheet Cut

It's bottom of the cutting head on the left. It's a wheel that goes into the slot in front of the cutting strip. Check the next time you do it that the actual pen is touching the material. As it activates the cutter wheel the pen does move down some but it doesn't actually touch the...

The picture of the side of your carriage looks like there is air in your black ink line. It's not solid black like it's full. The issue could be a problem with the ink lines. You would have to follow them and see where the issue starts. Maybe a clog in your line.
  8. Need Help At what Ink level do you replace your ink

If you replace before the machine tells you to then you are wasting money. Even at 100% empty on the screen, there is still ink left in the cartridge.
  9. PVC signs

How long are you letting the VHB set before you try to peel it off by hand. VHB has a bonding/curing time for the adhesive. Once exposed to air it starts the process. It takes about 20 minutes to reach 50% and a full 24 hours to hit 90%. It's not fully bonded for 72 hours. There are also...
  10. When Cricut grows up...

We always welcome new technology. We are more worried about automation and when the correct time is going to be to switch over. Saw this at SGIA 2 years ago or so. They already are making machines that pick up your board from a pallet. Print the board. Router or drag knife cut your board...

  18. HP Latex 360 media sucking

The curing heaters blow down on the media. Right before the curing heaters there is an intake where it pulls air back in. This is where your issue of sucking up is probably coming from. Haven't seen this issue myself so I'm not sure how you would fix it. Could be some sort of vinyl or...
  19. HP Latex 360 media sucking

Increase the vaccum on the platen might help. Your issue could also be media buckling. Cheaper vinyls buckle under the heat and will hit the heaters.
