    Print on white Reflective gives you a little of the metallic look. We use cmyk 0, 16, 62, 25. We do print on a machine with a different ink set then yours though.

    Just because they made them themselves doesn't mean it was hand cut. I make mine in house and my thumb holes are perfect every time. We use a CNC to make them.

    I would say a head issue. Probably not alignment, probably has more to do with clogged nozzles. do a printhead test and post the picture. Probably magenta head.

    The material also has a better ability than standard paint to dissipate the radiation once absorbed. The material would most likely be cooler then normal paint in the sun. Black cars that don't heat up as much.

    Also in order to make it the substrate it's going on has to have a melting point above 450F so vinyl is probably out of the question. A foil lined vinyl might be possible if they can put the vantablack on the foil first and then mount the foil to the vinyl. But not going to be a wrap material...

    It's not even a paint job it's a process of converting a vapor into the vantablack material directly onto the substrate or object. They call it growing the vantablack on the object.

    There are pictures where there are no issues with the kerning both with Obama and Trump in picture. Something was redone to the room and whoever reinstalled the letters messed up bad.

    4090T and 3090T are backlit reflective materials. They are for overhead street name signs that are lit from the inside. During the day they are reflective. When the lights come on at night they show through. They do not show the color of what you put them on.

    Not paying enough attention. Hadn't seen this net install stuff. Anytime i use a USB boot it's because windows stops working and I need to access the computer. This means I don't usually have internet access. But an interesting way to try different distros none the less.
