Want to avoid this? Create all print/cut jobs inside of illustrator using cutting master. Export print files with registration marks and ONLY use flexi to print the file. Run the cut from cutting master to your graphtec. The only issues you will run into are with the language on your machine...

Can you do a full reset and retry? My guess is a memory issue on the graphtec controller itself.

Your best bet may be to outsource to someone close to you. That way you can keep customers happy while you try to get everything together. Keep the business going and start adding things back into the mix as you are able to learn them. There is no shortage of merchant members who can help...

Sounds like a cutting strip issue to me. You even wrote that you are cutting hard enough to cut through the backing paper. Which means you are cutting into the strip at that point. Maybe your strip just needs to be switched. We run our blades all day everyday cutting all sorts of materials...

I second the nozzle check. Make sure everything is actually firing correct. You can get pretty good prints with a head that really needs attention.
