Why not just cover the aluminum with a thin sheet of steel? Wrap the steel with whatever graphics you desire. Steel- #1 Magnetic Receptive material.

The fix is to buy the full version of flexi or buy the Signwarehouse LXI software. It's $200 compared to flexi which can be rather expensive.

Acrylic is a material and Lexan is a brand. They are different materials but Lexan is just polycarb. It's like Jello and Gelatin. There are uses for acrylic where polycarb would be the wrong choice.
