Replace it with a printer that doesn't use thermal based heads. If you're tiling out jobs you want Piezo heads. Most customers have acquired an Epson, OkiData, Mimaki solvent printer and keep their latex for small jobs. Epson is releasing their own Resin (latex) printer Bruce melloimaging.com

Best bet is high end cast wrap film and cast laminate. If you laminate twice you might get better results. Charge price should by how long they need it. Bruce

Which UV printer do you have? Which heads? Gen 5? Kyocera? Konica? Is there a secondary filter between the subtank and the head? This sounds like a problem I've seen on heads with a secondary filter that won't allow fast flow of ink to head. Bruce 631-520-3074
