    Oh no!! Usually.- time for a new Head! Check cables on MOBO and head cables.

    The sleep mode overrides the Auto-Cleaning Menu You need to set the timer to whatever time you want the printer to do a cleaning. Then manually put it to sleep [ Sleep Mode 2 ]. Otherwise it wont go on sleep automatically. ( This is only on the VJ-1204)

    She was right. When Mutoh came out with the Ultra ink conversion kits. They recommended to perform a head wash for a reason.... During the cleaning cycles, are you getting ink flow on both lines to the waste bottle ?
