a)Are you running the Printer on USB or Ethernet ?
b)Do you have the printer plugged directly into the computer, or is it through a USB hub , Router or anything?
c) What firmware version it is on your Printer ?
Randya, after manually moving the carriage and inspecting the T-fence, we notice that T fence came out of the Fence guide on the back of the carriage.
We put it back and worked like a champ...

Dampers sit directly on the heads and protect the head from foreign particles. The damper also traps air that might get into the head. If a damper fails air may get into the head causing drop outs. A damper that is filled with particles will not allow ink to flow.

It appears that you have an ink starvation issue.
Remove the top cover off and inspect the ink lines for holes/kinks or air on the lines.
Slight possibility you got a bad damper or O rings...
