    Try soaking the heads and clean, clean, clean & clean. You should be able to get the nozzles back...( if the head has not been scratched or dented ) :thumb:

    Try turning off the media initial Once you turn the media initial OFF, you MUST enter the media width in mm in the Media Width menu. If not avail, cut the wires off with a pocket knife! lol
