Just use a piece of tape on the top and then stick it on. We are talking about a 4"x4" sticker. These things are tiny. Masking tape the top to the object and use a 6" squeegee and squeegee down. Done.

You could possibly use googledocs. Just need a google account. Open the file in googledocs and then save or export from googledocs as a .pdf You should be able to do this from powerpoint already. Can your customer export their file as a .pdf for you instead of .ppt

Select your entire image you want to contour cut. Group that together. This is key. Sometimes If you leave them ungrouped it will create a contour cut around every object. if you group everything it treats it as a single object.
