Not sure on the Mutoh. But usually you can change advance settings or the heat settings. Couldn't you do HighInk and adjust the rest so that it dries. Even if you keep same heat and just adjust how fast it's printing it might slow it down enough. Just a thought. Rather then adjust the ink...
No it's not chipboard. Everyone I know describes it as cardboard temporary no parking signs. But it's a very thin non-corrugated cardboard with a white side and an off white or almost brown side.
Looking for a supplier of cardboard sign blanks. Need to be flat non-corrugated. Thick but flexible. We want to screen print them by the 1000s. Need a good RELIABLE supplier. If it takes two weeks every time to get the materials that is fine. As long as I know it will be two weeks.
You mean you wouldn't b$#@# making signs if you were making $175/ hr. I don't think anyone would. I think something is wrong in Ginos math. $7000 a week is $175/hr if your working 40 hours. So is the .40cents like a slap in the face. We can pay you $172 an hour but on our raises we can't...
Summa DC3 you can easily tell by the substrate cradle rack in front of the print.

SCP4 - Sheeted or Standard Corrugated Plastic 4mm
The LF I believe is some sort of inventory code. Same as 4M-SCP4 LF I believe refers to some sort of Labor charge as the three items with an LF next to them are basically just labor/design.
There is no error. I send to plotter and the file sits there in production manager like it can't send to the plotter. Test connection success everytime. I have even tried deleting the plotter from production manager while the printer is still going. And setting it back up but still it won't...
Purchaser for any company does the purchasing. Going in is better then calling though. Our purchasers won't even answer the phones, but catch them at the right time and they will sit down with you and talk.
Well I know that he can't tell you that without telling you how many passes you are supposed to change that to. If you change those settings on 10 or 12 pass your going the get different results on both. Whenever we get wavy material and headstrikes it is almost always due to too much heat...
