Had almost an identical issue had to get cortisone shots to cut the inflammation and get me back to work. Now I just make sure to stretch and work it out in all directions. Hanging from a pullup bar for 5 mins or so seemed to help some also.

Sounds like wrong silicone. Dow Corning 732 is more of a sealent then an adhesive. It has adhesive properties but it's more for seal in place gaskets and sealing industrial equipment. Not for holding plexiglass on the side of a building. I would go with liquidnails Construction Adhesive...

Sounds like you need to re check you ip address. Since you changed providers the IP address assigned to the Printer is probably now different then when you originally set it up. Go in the front panel of your printer and find the IP/Connectivity or something like that. Find the IP address...

Reset your machine first. There are a couple different forums on resetting a graphtec. turn off/on Press up and enter at same time when turning on. THen go through steps of resetting. Then try again as normal to cut.
Yes. Perf Cut with a red holder and cb15ua. THe cb15ua has different angle giving it more cut area on the blade. If your going to perf through vinyl and backer then you should be using this blade.
