Yeah that was the first thing i looked for before i bought it. I agree not worth scrap without it.

I have two restaurants that need signage and this thing is like new and i paid $100 so i could not pass that deal up but that don't help me set the price of the box to sell and Dualite quoted me $1299.00 for the same thing new.

I just bought a used 3' X 8' 2 sided Aluminum sign box made by Dualite and is in perfect condition.and don't know what to sell it for? I cant find any that have sold used on the net but i figured maybe someone here can help me figure out a price.

Correct run in the middle without touching the sides or it will scratch and be junk.

Loupe A loupe is a powerful magnifier you will see the damages if there was a head strike. I use a 20x magnifier

Roland tech here By looking at your print...i dont believe a head strike occured but a good loupe will show it for sure...with a head strike you have have many jets not firing..i have connections at roland corp. send me a pm i will give you my cell number ad see if i can pull some strings for you

Make sure your fans are running and holding the material down. I have never worked on a Mimaki so im sure someone else here can speak more intelligently about that particular machine. That would be the first thing i check for and on rolands the fans would get full of dust and not spin as fast or...

You dont need to replace the head... I was a tech for a Roland dealer in the Chicago area for a few years and we replaced the manifold and dampers on a few machines with no issues at all.

I need a rectangle with 1/2 inch outline but i need 3 corners square and one corner rounded and i am drawing a blank...any ideas how i do this? These were painted on this hood and the hood was busted in an accident so i repaired and repainted the hood and need to replace the stripes with vinyl.
