    Gear teeth are not shredded. They melted from the solvent in the ink. Try CMYK, I bought my maintenance station from Gregory and it was shipped from Mutoh.

    That gear is not replaceable. You will need to replace the maintenance station. Last one I bought was from Mutoh through Gregory was $350.00

    Drop the shadows. They add nothing but it could be the color and placement.

    +1! I've done this and you would be surprised how good they look. You won't be able to hit all the colors with a 4 color printer.

    Thanks Jim for the great service and price! Jim has helped solve a small problem with prompt and outstanding service. I am now the owner of CoCut Pro. I have had Signlab (an excellent program), Flexi 7.6, Cibercut ( a very good cut and design program) and was cutting from Corel.
