Signlab in my opinion excellent also. Look into both. H&H sells a version of Signlab for one cutter, $500.00.
Rayco supply, Speedball lettering book, Chromatic lettering enamel. I keep my brushes in mineral oil, palette them out on a piece of glass and lay them out. clean with a "swishing" in mineral spirits to use. Practice on newspaper turned sideways and use the columns for your guide.
The blade cost at least $100 and a zip cutter or a nice pair of Fiskar would do the same. I used mine 2x's and then use a zip cutter.

You will be better off staying with pigment ink rather a dye base. Print country guarantees their inks to be OEM equivalent.
