we keep seeing over spray and even some banding. Do a cleaning or head soak. Print in higher (quality) resolution uni direction.

Even with a sign off on the layout I would reprint it and make it up in another work for them. The kerning can be improved and admitting an error makes you a conscientious business person. Put your best work out no matter how simple it may be. The reprint is cheap compared to you reputation.

I see no need to use HP vinyl on a banner. I use 13 ounce material for everything. Keeps things simple. 651 will do fine on banners. Roll them with the image side out for shipping or storage.

Use tabs in your CNC software around the shapes and separate them with a knife or chisel after cutting. There is a hold down tape that is removable easily. Engrave lab by Signlab is excellent.
