Nothing. Carded and used a roller pro and nothing happens.

Ink was def dry, it is brand new trailer and cleaned very well, very little heat was used since it was flat surface with no rivets. May have used heat here and there just to take slack out to line up. I think it looks like something was used to clean it and it ate/melted laminate or something...

That's in the camera angle or something.

So we did a wrap job using Avery 1105RS with 1360 laminate. Went out Friday and the customer brought it back for us to look at on Monday and it looked like this (pictures attached). Any ideas what caused this? I have contacted my rep and sent pics and he is gonna get with Avery rep to see...

I've got all those, no perf profile. Pretty much same 6 media with a bunch of different resolutions and passes. Looks like a lot but all the same.

Anything I download from there says the ICC Profile is not compatible with the printer so it wont even load into PM. I've double checked several times and everything is correct. The edges roll and it is very soft after printing. It just seems super wet after pulled from backing paper even...

Anybody have an ICC Profile for Flexi PM for a Mimaki JV150. I have gotten run around and pretty much screw you, you're on your own from SAI Flexi. I have had nothing but problems printing on perf since I bought this Mimaki about a year ago. Its laying down to much ink no matter what "vinyl"...

Biggest panels are 44x48, because I am going to have to do the job alone with very little dry time after printing. Last minute job that another sign company dropped the ball on and he is paying well. roughly 200sf of coverage total in but separate panels. No laminate.
