Wait, just to be clear, are you just mounting a 1" thick piece of Gatorfoam to the wall or are you needing to space a 1" thick piece of Gator 1" off of the wall. If you're just mounting it and not spacing it, use 3M DualLock without spaces, if you are spacing it, use my suggestion for spacers...

If you don't mind using something with adhesive, use 6 2"x2" blocks of 1" PVC attached to the wall and to the Gatorfoam with squares of 3M DualLock. You'll have to repaint the wall where the DualLock is at when it's removed, but it's an easy and STRONG solution.

in the rip queue, double-click the file, somewhere in there you can uncheck the print crop marks option and it won't print them. I assume you're using a quickset for CutContour, if so, you can edit the quickset to not print the crop marks as well so you don't have to do it manually for every file.

I agree with this. We juse sold a 2006 JV3-130SPII for $3500 with a 54" Royal sovereign laminator, and the printer was in perfect condition, so I think the price your seller is asking is high. And I also agree with artbot, for a few thousand more, seek out a good JV33, it's a much better...

Dirty/defective encoder strips can cause odd print anomalies. I've never seen one quite like this, but it's not impossible.
