+1 for a spray on UV. With a fabric banner you won't even notice there is a shield over it.

I bleieve you would want to go with a Orafol Orajet 3651 which is the printable 651 I believe. I would check with your supplier for a printable Oracal version. If you know what makes you happy why change. But make sure it's printable because I don't think 651 is.
